 GUARANTEE

- All jewelry comes with a guarantee. It's as simple as that. If you have any issue with your jewelry relating to construction, defects or breakage due to mechanical failure simply send it to me and I'm happy to repair or replace at no cost to you. I cannot cover repairs due to extreme use of your jewelry or improper care but I can repair them for a small fee. Please note I do not cover shipping costs. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

- All custom orders require prepayment before work commences. Custom orders are final sale. Although custom pieces are final sale I will work with you to create a piece you will treasure. If there is a change to the design you would like made I am happy to do so within my power.

- Custom orders have an approximate completion date of 4-6 weeks from January to October. Custom orders must be placed before November 20th to allow for Christmas delivery. Please contact me with any questions as the can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Example a small pair of earrings is much quicker to complete than a complex necklace design. Thank you for understanding.
